Holiday Hop

Hello Everyone. It is really nice to meet you all.  I'd like to introduce myself.  My name is Lynn Lawler and I am the author of the upcoming glbt romance novel.  It is about a woman in denial about her true potential.  She thinks she has her life all figured out until she encounters an event that tells her otherwise.  Suddenly oddities are now reality and she has to deal with them.  Then there is the red hot lover who has her own agenda.  At the same time there is the other lover who is wrecking havoc.

I have been invited to a Holiday hop.  This is sort of like a blog tour in that there are many stops.  This is a great way to meet other authors and read some really super books.  I am looking for more f/f romance authors to feature on my blog.

I have a wonderful vegan pumpkin pie recipe that I'd like to share:

This was made from the pumpkin.  First you need a pie pumpkin which you slice up and remove the seeds.  Then you face it up in a glass pan and put a little bit of water in it.  Cover it with foil and back in the oven at 350 for approx 45 minutes.  When you check it it should be really soft and the skin should just peel off.

While is going on you can get your ingredients for the pie together:

1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 lb tofu (about 1 package)
1/2 tsp to taste pumpkin pie spice (most grocery stores have this)

Get out your food processor and put all of the ingredients into it when the pumpkin is done.  Blend until smooth.  Again taste it for sweetness and spice.

Pour into a prepared pie crust and bake in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes.  Then turn it down to 350 and back for an additional 45 mins to 1 hour.  You will know it is done when you test the pie and the knife comes out clean.
